When will I receive my order?
Please allow 2-4 days for processing. Due to Covid-19, transit times with USPS and UPS may vary 2-7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email with your purchase confirmation.
I don't like the what I ordered, can I return it?
At this time we are not accepting returns. However, if you are unhappy with our products for any reason, please email us at hello@blowcandleco.com within 15 days of purchase and we will do what we can to remedy the situation!
How do I clean out my finished candle jar?
Coconut wax is super easy to clean. Hot water and soap will remove any additional wax and will allow for the wicks and label to be easily removed as well!
